Join Westminster Business Council for a conversation on agile working with great speakers and like-minded professionals.

Providing staff with opportunities to continue being valued as employees after maternity leave or whilst they cope with caring responsibilities has become more and more important.

We will be holding a panel discussion on best practice policy, gathering examples of how businesses can support their staff. This conversation will offer you great insights on how you can make your workplace more inclusive while identifying the business benefits of flexible work.

You will also get the chance to network with professionals over a continental breakfast.

Meet the panellists:

  • James ClarryHead of Lending & Capital Management at Coutts Private Banking. James is responsible for developing and delivering Coutt’s Lending proposition to clients. James took on this newly created role in June 2015, having previously been General Counsel for the Wealth division of RBS since September 2011. James was shortlisted for the ‘Champion for Women’ award earlier in 2016. He will be giving us the business benefits of Flexible Work.
  • Hayley Sudbury, CEO of Werkin. Hayley founded WERKIN in response to the need for commercially-driven diversity solutions. Uniquely, WERKIN’s technology accelerates inclusivity and retention in the workplace by challenging the social and cultural barriers at the heart of the diversity talent pipeline debate.
  • Anna Whitehouse, founder of Mother Pukka – a website ‘for people who happen to be parents’. Anna has been campaigning nationwide on encouraging firms to support flexible working for everyone, not just mothers returning from maternity leave. She has first first-hand experience working with large firms such as Deloitte.
